Located on 220 acres of fertile land, the farm is home to approximately 120 cows, all lovingly cared for with fresh hay and silage grown right on the property, ensuring they are well-fed year-round.
Birchwood Dairy is not just a dairy farm, it’s also a processing plant and ice cream parlor, producing a wide array of fresh dairy products daily. Visitors can enjoy over 50 flavors of gourmet ice cream and frozen yogurt, as well as a selection of milk, cream, whip cream, and cheeses like feta and the famous squeaky cheddar curds.
