40 acres overlooking the Mighty Fraser River at kilometre 38 on West Pavilion Road. Deer, grouse and good growing land out there. The property is divided into 2 sections by a big ravine, accessible down 2 different driveways. Approximately split into sections of 10 acres and 11 acres. An old log building on one piece and two container buildings on the other of little value. Enough water to grow a 5 acre garden and then you will need to search out one of the natural springs on the property for more. Electricity already hooked-up. Like quiet time in Mother Nature respecting the seasons and working with the land? This is for you!
Kilometre 38 West Pavilion Forest Service Road River Side
Drive through the town of Lillooet heading towards the Bridge River Valley. Immediately after crossing the white bridge you will see a Forest Service Sign, yellow and blue, West Pavilion Forest Service Road. Turn right onto this road and follow it for 38 km. There is a driveway on the right that takes you down to the property. If you get to the BlueRidge Hay Farm House you?ve gone a bit too far.
Dessert climate - hot and dry in the summer months and ?usually? little snow in the winter, but for the past few years there has been more precipitation in the area.
