Greg Walton

Greg is one of the original founders, and co-owners, of BC Farm & Ranch Realty Corp.

Greg was born and raised in the South Okanagan on a campground and soft fruit orchard. He understands the challenges and rewards facing acreage owners and farmers as he has owned Broiler Poultry Farms in BC as well as Broiler Farms and a Commercial Egg farm in Saskatchewan.

Greg has been exclusively selling agricultural properties for the past 24 years and brings an extensive background in acreage and farm sales of all sizes including hobby farms, house & acreage, estate homes, supply management farms, and all forms of commercial farms. In addition, he also has extensive experience with Estate sales and Foreclosure sales. 

Greg’s background degree in Sales and Marketing and vast experience make him a leader in sales, marketing, and negotiations on behalf of his clients. Greg is a past winner of the Top Dollar Achievement Award from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board which at the time had over 2,600 members!

It is of the utmost importance to Greg that his clients have peace of mind throughout the Real Estate process. He is a highly effective communicator and works closely with his contacts of over 24 years and to make sure his clients are well informed, well represented,  and protected. Over the years Greg has built up strong industry relationships with Agricultural Lawyers, Accountants, Commercial Lenders, and Financial advisors just to name a few, assuring the best possible advice in every situation.

Greg along with his wife Susanne raised their three children in the Fraser Valley and are long-time residents of Abbotsford, BC. Greg has been involved in community events including minor hockey as a coach over ten years as well as sitting on finance committees and is a strong supporter of many charitable causes. Greg and the Walton family are avid sports and outdoor enthusiasts and can usually be found at a rink, court, or lake near you.
